Biography

Walt Laurel is an associate with bellows consulting based out of Atlanta, Georgia. His areas of expertise include: strategic leadership development and strategic planning & implementation utilizing lean / six sigma methodologies.

Walt brings a unique blend of experience geared at assisting companies and individuals to move beyond planning and into full development and implementation of strategies that guarantee bottom line results!

walt has over 10 years of military leadership experience as a commissioned officer in the us navy and has worked with various fortune 100 companies in the areas of leadership, management, operations, staff development, quality assurance, and business success coaching. he is an accomplished motivational speaker and transformational trainer that consistently rates at the top of his profession for impact based training results.

walt currently resides in the atlanta, georgia area and is involved with numerous community related organizations stressing youth leadership and entrepreneurial business expansion. he is the father of two teenagers and enjoys scuba spaning, offshore boating & fishing, traveling, attending sporting events, reading and listening to jazz.

walt has a bachelor of science in industrial engineering from penn state university. he also holds certifications as a master black belt in six sigma, and a lean manager certification from ohio state university. walt has recently been bestowed the honor of "senior member" in the american society of quality (asq).
