Biography

Paul Bellows has been a successful international business executive, entrepreneur and consultant for 20 years.  Paul launched his first business in Tucson in 1987 where he learned the basics of financial controls, people development, vendor relations and marketing strategies.  in 1991, Paul became the Vice-President of Globetech International where he managed all sales, service and supplier operations in Asia.  in 1996, Paul started offering consulting services to small U.S. and European companies looking to expand sales and operations in Asia. He launched businesses and various operations in the Philippines, Thailand, China, Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan and Korea.

Paul was also the co-founder and president of a high-tech company specializing in selling automated test equipment and software tools to the semiconductor industry. After successfully growing this company and opening five offices in Asia, Paul and his partner, Rosalind Tao, sold the company and started Bellows Consulting.  Paul's passion is to help companies grow by working with business owners on fundamentals, strategic thinking, leadership development and growth initiatives.

Paul is a committed and involved member of the Tucson community. He is the past president of the Old Pueblo Rotary Club in Tucson. he is also the vice-president of the Business Association of Southern Arizona (B.A.S.A.), and is on the board of directors of the Microbusiness Advancement Center (MAC).  Paul is also a member of South of 45 Club, the Northern Pima County Chamber of Commerce, the Marana Chamber of Commerce and the Tucson Chamber. Paul loves to spend time with his wife, five daughters and playing golf at Skyline Country Club.

Paul has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Master's degree (M.A.) in Asia Pacific Studies from the University of San Francisco. Paul is an affiliate and certified coach with Resource Associates Corporation, a world leader in training and development that combines the networking power of over 600 consultants and coaches worldwide.
